Mr. Settenda is a graduate of Makerere University (Bsc.), Kampala and Coventry University (MBA) with over seventeen (17) years of experience in I.T networking, security and Open Source software and technologies project management and system design.

He has been actively involved in the deployment of ICT business solutions for large, medium and small scale organizations. Over the years, he has acquired a wealth of experience in developing low cost customised optimized and automated business process solutions and has been able to harness these skills with his background as an open source software systems developer. He has been involved in the implementation of core networks and integrated back-end business processing solutions for several SME’s and corporate organizations within the region and mainly in Uganda and Tanzania.
